Water damage repair & rebuild · Lake Norman & Charlotte

Water damage, repaired and rebuilt by one licensed team.

Water is patient. A slow leak behind a vanity can work for months — through the subfloor, the insulation and the bottom of the wall — before anyone notices a stain. We find out how far it went, and rebuild everything it touched to code: floors, walls, cabinets and finishes.

Already dried out by another company? No problem — we’ll pick up the rebuild from here.

What we rebuild

Everything the water touched, put back right.

We don’t patch over damage. If it’s wet, rotted or compromised, it comes out and gets rebuilt properly.

Drywall & insulation

Cut out, replaced, taped, textured and painted to match the rest of the room.

Flooring

LVP, tile, hardwood and carpet — plus the subfloor underneath when it’s soft or rotted.

Cabinets & vanities

Kitchen and bath cabinetry replaced or rebuilt, with countertops reset.

Framing & subfloor

Rotted plates, joists and sheathing replaced, not covered over.

Trim, doors & paint

Baseboards, casing and doors matched, and every room painted to finish.

Full bathroom & kitchen rebuilds

When the damage runs deep, a complete tear-out and rebuild — tile, fixtures and all.

Real homes, real rebuilds

Hidden leaks, rebuilt right.

Hidden water damage, rebuilt right.

A slow plumbing leak quietly rotted the structure behind the tile and drywall. Instead of patching it, we gutted the room to the studs, brought in a local designer, and rebuilt it from the subfloor up.

Structural
New subfloor framing, upgraded insulation, new window.
Mechanicals
Plumbing redesigned and replaced; electrical brought up to current code.
Finishes
Custom layout, imported high-end tile, designer fixtures.

One licensed, certified team — from emergency mitigation to the finishing touches.

★★★★★

“I had my second water leak in two years and I was dreading the repairs, but this company made the process so smooth. They replaced my flooring and trim and had everything finished in 3 days. The work was top notch and they were much faster than the last company.”

Insurance claims

We work with every insurance carrier.

Large national insurer or small regional one — it doesn’t matter. We document the damage and build the repair scope your adjuster needs, so you’re not stuck translating insurance-speak.

Documented from day one

Photos, measurements and readings of everything — including what’s behind the walls — before anything is removed.

Itemized, line by line

We write the estimate in Xactimate, the software most adjusters use, and submit the full scope directly to your adjuster.

You can see where it stands

Your project’s live tracker shows the timeline, documents to sign and what’s next. Customers can find their project here.

We’re a licensed contractor, not a public adjuster or attorney — we don’t interpret policy coverage or negotiate claim settlements.

Questions we hear a lot

Water damage repair, answered.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes — every carrier. We document the damage, write a detailed, itemized estimate in Xactimate (the software most adjusters use) and submit it directly to your adjuster. You can follow the claim and the rebuild in your project tracker.

Another company already dried my house. Can you do just the rebuild?

Yes. We’ll review their drying records, confirm everything is dry with our own moisture readings, and take the rebuild from there.

How long does a water damage rebuild take?

It depends on how much came out. A single room is often days once materials are on hand; a kitchen or several rooms takes longer. You get a schedule after the inspection and can follow it in your project tracker.

What will it cost me?

Inspections are free. If your insurance claim is approved, your carrier pays for the covered repairs and your share is usually your deductible — your adjuster can confirm what applies to you. If you’re paying directly, you get a written estimate before any work starts.

Can you match my existing floors and finishes?

We match what we can — paint colors, trim profiles and flooring. If a product has been discontinued, we’ll tell you up front and walk you through your options.
