Who we are

What we collect
- Contact details: name, phone, email, property address.
- Job and claim details: insurance carrier, claim number, mortgage company when it is named on an insurance check, and what happened to the property.
- Photos, moisture readings and measurements of the property.
- Signed documents and electronic signatures.
- Messages and calls: texts you send us, voicemails, and notes from calls. Calls to our business lines may be answered by an automated assistant.
- What you enter in our website’s callback form.
- How you reached our website, such as an ad or link you clicked. Your browser remembers this and sends it with a callback request.
How we use it
To answer you, schedule and perform the work, document your insurance claim, bill and collect, send the text messages you agreed to, follow up after a job (including asking for a review), and meet legal and tax requirements.
Who we share it with
- Your insurance carrier and adjuster, and your mortgage company when it is on the insurance check.
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: phone and text messaging, electronic signatures, payments, website hosting, email and calendar, and AI tools that help us read and draft messages. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Anyone the law requires.
We do not sell personal information.
Photos
As your contract describes, photos of the property may be used in our job file, your claim, and our marketing.
Text messages
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the job, the claim, the warranty, and legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email support@rapidrest247.com to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date.
