Program

Rapid Restoration text messages, sent by First Source Builders LLC dba Rapid Restoration.

What we text

• Customers: replies to your request, scheduling and arrival times, job updates, documents to review and sign, invoices and payment reminders, and a follow-up after your job is finished.
• Team members: job assignments, schedule changes and site updates.

How you join

• Customers: check the text-message box on your Work Authorization or Reconstruction Agreement, or text us and reply YES when we ask.
• Team members: text TEAM to our business number and reply YES.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and no more texts after that.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
