The affected area sealed off, and moldy materials safely removed and cleaned by our IICRC-certified team.
Mold remediation & rebuild · Lake Norman & Charlotte
Mold is less a problem than a messenger. It only grows where water has been hanging around — a slow leak, a crawlspace that never dries, a bath fan venting into the attic. We remove the mold, correct the moisture that fed it, and rebuild everything that had to come out. One IICRC-certified, licensed and insured team — no hand-offs.

What we rebuild
Remediation often takes a room down to the studs. Because the same team rebuilds it, nothing falls through the cracks between the two.
The affected area sealed off, and moldy materials safely removed and cleaned by our IICRC-certified team.
The moisture that fed the mold addressed, and the area confirmed dry before anything is closed up.
Replaced, taped, textured and painted to match the rest of the room.
Studs, plates, joists and sheathing that were removed or damaged, replaced properly.
LVP, tile, hardwood and carpet, plus kitchen and bath cabinetry, baseboards and casing.
Full rebuilds when the mold took a room down to the studs.

How it works
We answer 24/7, and inspections are free.
Moisture readings, photos and measurements, then a detailed, itemized estimate for the remediation and the rebuild.
Containment, safe removal and moisture correction — confirmed dry before the rebuild begins.
The same team puts it all back — then a final walkthrough with you.
Insurance claims
Large national insurer or small regional one — it doesn’t matter. We document the damage and build the repair scope your adjuster needs, so you’re not stuck translating insurance-speak.
Photos, measurements and readings of everything — including what’s behind the walls — before anything is removed.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, the software most adjusters use, and submit the full scope directly to your adjuster.
Your project’s live tracker shows the timeline, documents to sign and what’s next. Customers can find their project here.
We’re a licensed contractor, not a public adjuster or attorney — we don’t interpret policy coverage or negotiate claim settlements.
Questions we hear a lot
Yes — both, turnkey. Our IICRC-certified team handles containment, removal and moisture correction, then rebuilds everything that came out, under one contract.
Not if the moisture is gone. We correct the moisture that fed it and confirm the area is dry with readings before any wall is closed back up.
We can pick up the rebuild from there. We’ll review what was removed and confirm the area is dry before we start.
That depends on your policy and what caused the mold — we don’t interpret coverage. We document the remediation and rebuild in detail so your adjuster has what they need.
Inspections are free. If your insurance claim is approved, your carrier pays for the covered repairs and your share is usually your deductible — your adjuster can confirm what applies to you. If you’re paying directly, you get a written estimate before any work starts.
