Fire damage repair & rebuild · Lake Norman & Charlotte

Fire damage, repaired and rebuilt by one licensed team.

A house fire is over in minutes. What it leaves behind keeps working: soot that stains whatever it settles on, smoke odor that hides in insulation and framing, and the water used to put it out soaking into everything below. We clean what can be saved and rebuild the rest — framing to finishes.

What we rebuild

A full structural and mechanical rebuild.

Fire damage is rarely just one trade. As a licensed general contractor, we rebuild all of it under one contract — from the framing and mechanicals to the final coat of paint.

Framing & structure

Charred studs, joists, rafters and sheathing replaced, so the structure is sound before anything is closed up.

Electrical, plumbing & HVAC

Fire-damaged wiring, plumbing and ductwork rebuilt and brought up to current code.

Soot & smoke odor

Cleaning and odor treatment, and removal of what can’t be cleaned, so the smell doesn’t come back.

Exterior, siding & roofing

Sheathing, house wrap, siding, trim and roofing — matched to the rest of the house.

Drywall, insulation & paint

Every wall and ceiling the fire or smoke reached, rebuilt and refinished.

Kitchens, floors & finishes

Cabinets, flooring and trim replaced, so the house feels like home again.

Real homes, real rebuilds

Burned to the framing. Rebuilt.

Insurance claims

We work with every insurance carrier.

Large national insurer or small regional one — it doesn’t matter. We document the damage and build the repair scope your adjuster needs, so you’re not stuck translating insurance-speak.

Documented from day one

Photos, measurements and readings of everything — including what’s behind the walls — before anything is removed.

Itemized, line by line

We write the estimate in Xactimate, the software most adjusters use, and submit the full scope directly to your adjuster.

You can see where it stands

Your project’s live tracker shows the timeline, documents to sign and what’s next. Customers can find their project here.

We’re a licensed contractor, not a public adjuster or attorney — we don’t interpret policy coverage or negotiate claim settlements.

Questions we hear a lot

Fire damage repair, answered.

Can you start before the adjuster comes out?

We can secure the home right away with board-up and tarping, and document everything before anything is removed, so your adjuster sees the full picture.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes — every carrier. We document the damage, write a detailed, itemized estimate in Xactimate (the software most adjusters use) and submit it directly to your adjuster. You can follow the claim and the rebuild in your project tracker.

Will the smoke smell come back?

Not if the source is gone. Smoke odor lives in porous materials — insulation, drywall and framing. We remove what can’t be cleaned and treat what can before anything is closed back up.

Do you rebuild everything, including the electrical and the roof?

Yes — a full structural and mechanical rebuild. As a licensed general contractor, we rebuild the framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roof through to the paint and trim, under one contract.

Do I need to move out while you work?

Sometimes. If the home isn’t safe or livable, many policies help with temporary housing. Keep your receipts and ask your adjuster early — they can confirm what your policy covers.
